Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making any travel arrangements with Team Travel Hotels. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Payment:

  • A deposit may be required to secure your hotel booking.
  • Full payment is due before check-in unless otherwise specified.
  • Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer.
  • Prices are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel your booking after confirmation.
  • Refunds may be available, subject to our cancellation policy and any fees imposed by third-party suppliers.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received on time or if unforeseen circumstances prevent confirmation.

Changes and Amendments:

  • Changes to your booking may be possible, subject to availability and any applicable fees.
  • Amendments may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you at the time of the change.
  • We reserve the right to make adjustments to your itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Planning Fees:

  • Team Travel Hotels may charge a planning fee for the time and expertise required to research and secure group travel arrangements.
  • The planning fee will be communicated before any services are rendered and is non-refundable.
  • If you proceed with the booking, the planning fee is not credited toward the final cost of your stay.
  • If you cancel your booking, the planning fee remains non-refundable.

Hotels:

  • We assist in booking hotels ranging from 2-star to 5-star accommodations, but any hotel-related issues are subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel.
  • It is your responsibility to check the hotel’s policies, including check-in/out times, cancellation policies, and any additional charges.
  • Specific room requests are not guaranteed and depend on availability.
  • Any concerns regarding hotel accommodations should be addressed with hotel management immediately and reported to Team Travel Hotels as soon as possible.

Group Bookings and Money-Back Incentive:

  • Team Travel Hotels specializes in bookings for sports teams, clubs, and group travel.
  • Eligible groups may receive a money-back incentive to help offset travel costs or reimburse the booker for their time.
  • The money-back incentive is subject to terms and conditions, including booking volume, hotel policies, and compliance with payment deadlines.
  • The incentive cannot be guaranteed for every booking and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Flights:

  • We do not operate or control airlines and cannot guarantee flight schedules, seat assignments, or changes.
  • Flight bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline.
  • In the event of cancellations or changes, assistance is subject to the airline's policies.
  • If flight issues occur after business hours, it is the traveler’s responsibility to contact the airline directly for support.

After-Hours Emergencies:

  • In case of after-hours travel emergencies, travelers should contact the emergency support line of their hotel or airline.
  • Team Travel Hotels will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee immediate resolutions outside of business hours.

Travel Insurance:

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
  • It is your responsibility to review and understand the coverage, limitations, and exclusions of your insurance policy.
  • Team Travel Hotels is not an insurance provider and cannot offer specific insurance advice.

Passport and Visa Requirements:

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring their passports are valid for at least six months beyond their return date.
  • Any visa, vaccination, or entry requirements are the traveler’s responsibility.
  • We can provide general guidance, but compliance with international travel requirements is the traveler's responsibility.

Liability:

  • Team Travel Hotels is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, including delays, cancellations, missed connections, or changes to itinerary.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the travel arrangements. Indirect or consequential losses are not covered.

Complaints and Disputes:

  • If you have a complaint, please notify us as soon as possible so we can address the issue.
  • Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions will be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
